"Bkerzay in Music" Returns This Summer with a Magical Second Edition

Following the resounding success of its first edition, Bkerzay in Music is back this summer with a second season of unforgettable live performances, set in one of Lebanon’s most stunning natural locations. This open-air music festival takes place in the enchanting Bkerzay Eco-Village, nestled in the heart of the Chouf Mountains, where art, music, nature, and culture come together for a truly exceptional summer experience.

Over the course of four magical evenings in July and August, the festival will present a carefully curated artistic program that celebrates local talent, fosters cultural exchange, and highlights Lebanon’s rich artistic heritage—all set against the backdrop of Bkerzay’s serene landscapes.

2025 Program:

  • July 12: A Tribute to Zaki Nassif — In collaboration with the Zaki Nassif Music Program at the American University of Beirut, the festival opens with a heartfelt homage to one of Lebanon’s most iconic composers.

  • July 31: Soumaya & Lebanon Baalke — The creative sibling duo takes the stage with a captivating performance blending classical and contemporary Arabic music.

  • August 2: John Achkar — Lebanese stand-up comedian John Achkar delivers an evening of sharp wit and laughter in a unique comedy segment.

  • August 22: Aziz Maraka & Anthony Adonis — The series concludes with an energetic fusion of Arabic pop, funk, and orchestral rhythms by two rising stars of the regional music scene.
